The Mother With the Most Babies
Childbirth isn’t easy though most women say the memories of the pain simply fade away once you meet your bundle of joy. This may be true, but there are some women who take it to some pretty extreme lengths. Back in the 1700s, a Russian peasant woman named Valentina Vassilyeva set the world record for the most babies birthed by a single woman when she gave birth to her 69th child. When it was all said and done she gave birth to 16 pairs of twins, 7 sets of triplets and 4 sets of quadruplets between 1725 and 1765, in a total of 27 births. 67 of the 69 children born survived infancy. The modern record was set by Leontina Albina from San Antonio, Chile who claims to have given birth to 64 children, though only 55 are documented. On a related note, the woman who has given birth to the most children without having twins is Livia Ionce. As of 2008, the Canadian mother had given birth to 18 children, each of whom was born in a single birth.
The Shot That Went the Distance
If you have ever wondered how far a single man could shoot his sperm, you’re about to wonder no more. Horst Schultz has the unique distinction of setting not one, not two but a whopping three world records when it comes to ejaculatory accomplishments. He shot the farthest at 18 feet and 9 inches; achieved the highest ejaculation at 12 feet, 4 inches; and also the greatest speed or velocity of his sperm when it was clocked at an impressive 42.7 mph.
The World’s Oldest Prostitute
Prostitution is often called the world’s oldest profession and it begs the question – who is the oldest person to have the job? The distinction belongs to Sheila Vogel-Coupe, an 85-year-old prostitute still working in the United Kingdom. The octogenarian prefers the term escort, but the job description remains the same though she insists sex isn’t always on the menu. Vogel-Coupe didn’t start escorting until she was 80 years old, after the death of her second husband. She told a reporter that escorting provided a way to ease the loneliness and that the sexual aspect simply came about naturally. Her granddaughter, Kate Waissel, was a contestant on a popular UK show called “The X Factor” and the press soon learned of Vogel-Coupe’s side job. The press stories led to an estrangement with the rest of her family but Vogel-Coupe remains steadfast in her commitment to her new endeavor and hopes one day she and her family will reconnect.
The World’s Largest Orgy
Orgies have always had a strange appeal even for those who might not participate. The idea of a group of people coming together to have sex with and next to each other piques the interest of both voyeurs and exhibitionists. So when Japan became the host of the world’s biggest orgy it generated plenty of interest. 250 couples (all male/female) agreed to come together (pun intended) and have sex at the same time and in the same place. It will come as no surprise that the entire event is now available on DVD.
The Longest Time Whacking It
Most guys know what it’s like to invest some serious time on self-love, but few could top the world record set by Masanobu Sato. When Sato participated in the World Masturbate-a-thon held by the Center for Sex & Culture in San Francisco he set the bar pretty high. Sato travelled from Japan to be a part of the event and he came armed with a variety of sexual aids. It’ also worth noting that he came trying to beat the record he had set the year previously when he masturbated for just over 9 and a half hours. In 2009 he broke his own record by masturbating for a whole 9 hours and 58 minutes.
